Meet Our Staff
Executive Director
Shelby Compton received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has served in children and youth ministry throughout her teen and adult life. She is passionate about the youth of this generation and helping them build a strong foundation in Jesus Christ.
In addition to ministry, Shelby has 12+ years of experience in teaching dance technique and choreography to children from 3 to 18 years of age.
With her background in business administration and love for children, she is excited to launch Eagle's Nest Mother's Day Out & Preschool. It's her desire for all children, no matter their ability, to receive a bible-based preschool education.
She and her husband, Pastor Adrian Compton founded Compassion Church in 2015 and have dedicated their lives to spreading the GOOD NEWS to all the world. Shelby has been married to Adrian since 2016 and says her greatest accomplishments are her two daughters, Jacklyn and Brianna.
